badge1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, though tickets may be booked for minors travelling with or on behalf of an adult account holder. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

confirmation_number2. Bookings & Payments

• All fares shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and a ticket confirmation is issued.
• You're responsible for entering accurate passenger names and travel details; operators may deny boarding for mismatched identification.
• Seat availability and pricing can change in real time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

currency_rupee3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows and refund percentages vary by operator and fare type, and are shown before you confirm a booking. As a general policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
• If TXQF Digital or an operator cancels a scheduled trip, you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

directions_bus4. Operator Responsibility

TXQF Digital acts as a booking platform connecting travelers with licensed bus operators. Operators are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles and compliance with applicable transport regulations. We vet our operator partners but are not the carrier of record for your journey.

rule5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Book tickets using false identity or payment information.
• Resell tickets for commercial gain without our written consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local transport regulations.

share_location6. Live Tracking Feature

Live tracking is provided for convenience and depends on device GPS, network connectivity, and operator equipment. We make reasonable efforts to keep tracking accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free location data.

gavel7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TXQF Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, schedule changes, or issues caused by third-party bus operators. Our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by TXQF Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

block9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

update10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
